Continental Communications, Inc. is experienced in friendly and helpful communications with licensees.  Calls to the board office are answered by a live person and when not available, go to voicemail.  Messages from licensees and the public, are answered promptly, usually within hours, depending on the time and day when the message was left.

We have over 30 years of database experience for management of licensee information and licensee classifications and maintain individual files for use pertinent to the licensing board, including official board correspondence and newsletter distribution; all of which can be disseminated by mail and/or individual or blast email to keep licensees current with important information.
